Flk recruitment are supporting a Professional Services organisation with the recruitment of an Employee Relations Consultant. The organisation is looking to broaden its HR offering and this has resulted in the expansion of the existing team. Based in West Yorkshire, the client has a hybrid working pattern in place, so you will be expected to be in the office 2 3 days per week.

Within the role, you will deliver HR services including, but not limited to:

  • Employee relations case management, coaching support and guidance on both formal and informal people matters
  • Providing advice and guidance to line management and colleagues on HR policy and procedures
  • Building HR capability into the business, establishing trusted relationships as an advisor and partner
  • Supporting organisational change activities such as TUPE, reorganisation and redundancy

This role will suit a HR Professional who has a passion for employment law and enjoys being the subject matter expert in this area. As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD Level 5 (minimum) qualified, with a strong understanding of employment law across multiple sectors. You will be collaborative and engaging in your approach and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels of an organisation.
