Fin Search are recruiting a Commercial Finance Analyst on a permanent basis for a leading private equity backed business based in Leeds. This is a newly created role due to continued strong performance.
The business are expanding rapidly and therefore this is an excellent opportunity for a bright and forward thinking finance professional looking for a role with a clear route of progression within the business.
The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, this role will be responsible for delivering high quality forecasting, reporting and analysis with a key focus on costs.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, providing a business partnering service to stakeholders across a number of teams, P&L performance analysis, KPI analysis and highlighting trends, playing a key part in the forecasting and budgeting process and having involvement in ad hoc business projects and initiatives.
The successful candidate will:
- Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Have a background in commercial finance
- Have excellent presentation skills
- Have the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
£55,000 per annum + up to 25% bonus (£13,750) + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + personal day off + opportunity to purchase more holiday + contributory company pension scheme + private medical insurance + gym membership x 2 + life assurance + hybrid working model
