What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a banking environment, with a solid understanding of Credit Risk, Collections, and CRA Reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse and senior audiences to influence outcomes.
  • The ability to analyse data, present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders, and support decision-making.
  • Experience building PowerPoint presentations to showcase analysis and insights.
  • Bonus points if you have Data Analysis and Power BI experience.
