KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a very successful construction business in Leeds to recruit a Finance Analyst. Your duties will be as follows
- Full responsibility for all aspects of commercial and performance reporting across the region
- Responsible for the statutory and management accounting and reporting for the Division
- Systems improvement and the recommendation and implementation of finance IT projects
- Responsible for financial modelling and analysis
- Deliver timely, accurate and insightful reporting to the senior commercial team
- Driving and developing the performance of the commercial efficiencies
- Demonstrating sound commercial awareness and judgement
- Liaising with the surveyors to produce and maintaining scheme risk and opportunity registers.
- Maintaining regional plot sales value data analysis
- Producing reports for the regional project performance reviews
- Producing spend analysis on elements of construction and producing KPI tracking for each site
- Collecting, validating, interpreting and analysing regional data to support decision making
- Maintaining and producing build cost data to be issued to estimating/pre-construction team
- Assisting with subcontract payment checks and month end reporting/validation checks
- Liaising with internal and external auditors and supporting the audit process
- Evaluating and making recommendations to improve the profitability of the business
- Working in collaboration with the business and responding to ad hoc financial queries
This is a new role and will suit someone who is keen to develop and progress with the role.
