Finance Business Analyst – Drive Change & Transformation

Sitting within the Finance Reporting function, the Finance Business Partner will:
- Support Finance Change Initiatives – Define and prioritise the finance change agenda while ensuring projects align with strategic goals
- Lead Business Analysis – Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system improvements
- Drive Finance Portfolio & Change Management – Oversee finance change activities, ensuring they meet governance and compliance standards
- Engage Stakeholders – Work closely with finance, technology, and business teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Ensure Compliance & Risk Management – Identify and manage risks, ensuring adherence to financial regulations
- Champion Best Practices – Promote a business analysis vision, improving frameworks and methodologies
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience (preferably in Financial Services)
- Strong finance transformation knowledge, with experience in finance process improvements
- End-to-end project lifecycle experience, across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools & Microsoft Excel, plus experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, DevOps)
- Stakeholder management expertise, with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Accounting knowledge (qualification desirable) and experience with Oracle ERP (desirable).
