Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors
  • Reviewing accounts and supporting documentation prepared by junior team members
  • Providing business and tax advice to clients
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Assisting with workflow management and team development
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with cloud-based software is desirable
  • A proactive and professional approach
