Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors
- Reviewing accounts and supporting documentation prepared by junior team members
- Providing business and tax advice to clients
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assisting with workflow management and team development
- ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with cloud-based software is desirable
- A proactive and professional approach
