Parkinson Lee Executive Search are the retained Partner to a Private Equity backed Service Sector organisation based in West Yorkshire, in the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer.
Our client is a dynamic and high growth business. Following significant investment, the business is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their Executive Leadership Team and be a key influence in their next phase of growth and development.
The CFO will be a hands-on and commercially aligned strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and investors. They will lead and evolve all aspects of Finance, Procurement, Business Intelligence, and IT, delivering clear financial leadership while driving operational excellence and innovation across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and reporting initiatives to enhance business performance and support strategic objectives.
- Manage key finance functions including budgeting, audit, compliance, and reporting to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and treasury operations to maintain financial stability and support funding strategies.
- Handle capital structure, debt management, and stakeholder communications with professionalism and transparency.
- Contribute to business improvement through digital initiatives, automation, and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Direct capital expenditure planning and asset management to support long-term operational efficiency.
- Supervise procurement and IT functions, ensuring systems and processes were scalable and growth oriented.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to inform pricing, support bids, and assist in contract development and negotiations.
Parkinson Lee are looking to talk to experienced finance professionals that have held hands-on CFO positions previously with companies between £100m - £300m t/o, where they have demonstrated balancing high level strategic leadership with strong operational and technical finance capabilities that influence at Board level.
