Description
Client Management- Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients
- Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling
- Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with UK auditing standards
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance
- Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues
- Evaluate internal control systems and make recommendations for improvement
- Draft detailed audit reports and management letters
- Lead, coach, and develop teams of 3-8 audit professionals
- Supervise and review work of audit seniors and juniors
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple engagements
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to training and development initiatives
Profile
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong technical knowledge of working with a broad range of SME businesses
- Experience managing and developing junior team members
- Excellent client relationship skills
