Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the audit process for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing audit team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines.
- Contribute to business development and growth initiatives within the firm.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- At least 7 years' experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
