?? The Role? Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships? Handle renewals, market submissions, quotes, and reports from start to finish? Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet client needs? Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and industry best practices? Support client meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on key actions
?? Who They're Looking For? A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance broking? Cert CII qualification (or a willingness to obtain it)? Proficiency in Acturis and strong IT skills (Excel, Word)? Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
