This position is ideal for a Senior Associate with at least 5 years’ PQE or an experienced Associate ready to take the next step in their career.About the RoleThis role combines autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to manage your own caseload and build lasting client relationships while collaborating with senior colleagues on high-value and complex transactions. You will also lead on smaller deals, working with a diverse client base that includes private companies and PLCs across the UK and internationally.The firm places a strong emphasis on relationship building and will provide you with the resources and time to cultivate meaningful client connections. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in business development initiatives and work closely with colleagues from other departments to foster collaboration and share expertise.This role is based in Leeds and offers hybrid working, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and a broad background in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations, and corporate governance.As a Senior Associate, you should have experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members, with a proactive approach to client development and networking.
