Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in business development initiatives and work closely with colleagues from other departments to foster collaboration and share expertise.This role is based in Leeds and offers hybrid working, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and a broad background in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations, and corporate governance.As a Senior Associate, you should have experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members, with a proactive approach to client development and networking.
