Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

£45,000 - £52,000 (hybrid work model & wider benefits)

We are currently working with a prestigious firm that is expanding their Corporate Tax team and seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing team in Leeds City Centre

They cater for a broad range of clients, including OMBs, smaller businesses to large, complex listed corporations, and not-for-profits across sectors like manufacturing, retail, technology, financial services, hospitality, and property.

Your New Role:

  • Focuses on delivering accurate Corporate Tax computations, managing return deadlines & payment schedules, while also communicating with clients and HMRC.
  • Assisting Partners and Managers in delivering tax advisory assignments and planning projects, including international tax, capital allowances, R&D tax relief, and structuring advice.
  • Supporting in standalone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support, and due diligence.
  • Work with a team where each employee genuinely compliments each others skill sets and expertise, contributing to a very friendly and supportive culture.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ACA/CTA/ACCA qualified

  • Corporate Tax advisory experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills are desirable to support junior team members.
