Corporate Tax Manager

Leeds

£55,000 - £65,000 (hybrid work model & wider benefits)

We are currently working with a distinguished firm in Leeds City Centre who are looking to expand their corporate tax team with several key hires.

Serving a diverse clientele, from OMBs and smaller enterprises to large, complex listed corporations and not-for-profits. This firm operates across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, technology, financial services, hospitality, and property.

Your New Role:

  • You shall focus on overseeing the tax compliance processes efficiently, including tax accounting, while also communicating with clients and HMRC.
  • Providing advice on complex technical areas such as capital allowances, R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, Substantial Shareholdings Exemption, Controlled Foreign Companies, Corporate Interest Restriction, Withholding Tax, and Double Taxation Relief.
  • Assisting in standalone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support, and due diligence.
  • Work with a team where each employee genuinely compliments each others skill sets and expertise, contributing to a very friendly and supportive culture.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ACA/CTA/ACCA qualified

  • Coaching and mentoring skills are desirable to support junior team members.
