Description

  • You'll be focusing on monthly closing and reporting of books and records, related account reconciliations, cost accruals, analysis of financial statement variances
  • Prepare and present financial reports and statements.
  • Support monthly reporting to the parent company, statutory accounts, and tax returns
  • You'll communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate reporting and you'll also be collaborating with various business units to have a thorough understanding of reporting requirements and business needs.
  • You'll prepare complex journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting packages. You will also undertake balance sheet and P&L reviews, including variance analysis, to provide meaningful insights into the company's financial performance
  • Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager requirements

  • Qualified accountant - ACA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Experience managing finance projects
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment, to multitask, to get into detail where needed and to meet deadlines on a timely basis
  • Strong relationship and communication skills
  • Strong technical and systems experience.
