As the Finance Manager, you'll take full ownership of the finance function in a challenging yet rewarding start-up environment. Key Responsibilities- Full accounting ownership - prepare financial statements, oversee reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).

- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing commercially driven financial insights.
- A strategic mindset coupled with the ability to deliver operational results.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK as needed.
