Description
As Finance Manager, you will be involved in:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Assisting in the preparation of the company's annual budget
- Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
- Providing support and advice to the management team regarding financial decisions
- Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
- Managing two Finance Assistants, supporting them with workload
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Management Accounting background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in preparing financial reports and statements
- Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines
