I am supporting a fantastic business in the Leeds area to recruit an experienced manager to lead their Digital Finance team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on client advisory, team leadership, and delivering high-quality accounting services.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team, mentoring and developing professionals at various levels
- Manage a diverse client portfolio (T/O up to £10M) across ecommerce, manufacturing, and construction
- Deliver high-quality management accounts, forecasting, and budgeting
- Drive efficiency and digital transformation through cloud accounting solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance client service and business development
The successful candidate:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience (ideally in practice)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong commercial awareness and client advisory expertise
- A solid network in the Leeds business market
- Experience with Xero and cloud-based accounting software
