- Lead and manage a small team of Purchase & Sales Ledger in the timely process of invoices
- Overseeing the day to day transactions and acting as a point of escalation
- Develop existing and implement new processes to improve the efficiency of the team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, coaching to improve their skills and encourage development.
- Working as part of the team to meet deadlines and assist during busy periods
- Produce reports and analysis on the progress in the team for the Finance Manager as required
- Previous experience within a Team Leader or Management role within finance.
- AAT Qualified
- Strong communicator when dealing with internal and external teams
- Computer literate to a high standard with knowledge of finance software
- Proactive approach to work with a focus on teamwork to ensure work is completed
- High levels of accuracy and analytical skills
