Job Title: Finance Team Leader 6-9 Month FTC

Search have an exciting opportunity to work with a growing organisation to recruit a dedicated, driven and experienced Finance Team Leader to join their team on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. If you have a passion for finance and leadership, we want to hear from you!
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of three.
- Develop processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in the transnational finance team.
- Ensure weekly reconciliation of site bank accounts and accurate entry of transactions.
- Reconcile supplier accounts monthly.
- Process and pay all invoices promptly, including direct debit allocations.
- Monitor supplier accounts to maximise cash flow and ensure timely payments.
- Set up and maintain new suppliers
- Chase outstanding credit notes.
- Handle supplier queries promptly and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Raise ad-hoc sales invoices for customers or supplier rebates.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Sage Intacct or similar accounting software.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced settings
What we offer:
- Monday to Friday with flexible hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Hybrid working pattern available
- Salary up from £35,000- £40,000.
- 28 days including bank holidays.
