What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a FP&A Director to join our growing Finance team.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plan as well as strategic three-year plan. This includes working through the respective budgeting and forecasting processes with the person lines of business, shared service functions as well as consolidation of results and preparation of relevant reporting to senior & executive management as well as HQ.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Review of the lines of business / shared service function results – both historical and forecasted – including a review of all key trends within the respective functions in terms of revenue, operating expenses and overall profitability & EBITDA Margin expansion. These
  • Reviews would include performance evaluation of all key business initiatives including any possible acquisition activity
  • Drive meaningful MI and analyses for business decisions
  • Coordinates with all levels of management and consultants where applicable to gather, evaluate, summarize and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, new business planning, trended future requirements and operating forecast
  • Develop and manage an integrated business and financial planning and forecasting strategy, comprising an annual budget cycle, monthly/quarterly reforecast and longer term strategic business plan
  • Develop and manage a Group wide performance management and KPI framework
  • Create a centre of excellence for reporting, responsible for the development and provision of insightful evaluation and reporting of financial and business performance for the Board, Executive team and other key stakeholders
  • Drive the strategy for further development and enhancements to Onestream planning and reporting tool
  • Support M&A activity and strategic change programmes, as required
  • Early identification of business challenges and mitigation of business and financial risk through the application of robust governance procedures
  • Active member of the Finance Management team, working with other senior finance leaders to constantly evolve and improve the Group Finance function
  • Strong partner and collaborator to the VP - FP&A and the Accounting Director

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum CPA, MBA, or CIMA qualification
  • Track record years of experience post articles within a medium to large enterprise, which should include experience heading up and managing a group reporting function. Experience in FP&A is non-negotiable.
  • Sound knowledge of budgeting & forecasting principles.
  • Excel and Finacial modeling skills are critical together with strong powerpoint experience
  • A strong background in identifying and recommending new practices / methods of business operations and performance evaluation and metrics
  • Must be able to understand complex business models and strong ability to interpret data and foresee future outcomes
  • Strong skills in being able to build relationships with BU segment leadership, providing strong support and value adding insights

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diversified range of internal and external business contacts ranging from Senior Executives to associates
  • Knowledge of financial systems and financial system configuration
