Robert Half are pleased to be working with one of Leeds most recognised business in the recruitment of a FP&A Manager. This role has come about due to a project that will mean a large restructure in the entire finance function of the business so although the role is initially for a period of six months there will certainly also be longer term opportunities available with the business. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will hold accountability over the following:

Support the delivery of accurate and timely budgets & forecasts Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow schedules for the annual budget and plan, and the reforecasts.

Performing analysis to ensure business assumptions are credible, questioning inputs where required and evaluating risks and opportunities.

Clear and concise communication and presentation of the budget and forecast to the Senior Management Team for approval and the wider stakeholder group.

Drive continuous improvements to the current budget and forecast process through automation and process efficiencies. Manage all group FP&A queries and data provision to the required time lines.

Retain and actively manage a risk and opportunity register, supporting business decisions around risk mitigation and unlocking opportunities.

Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc management reporting when required.

Support and challenge business decisions through the provision of accurate and timely information / analysis.

The business operates a hybrid working model with two days a week to work from home and the rest of the hours on site in North West Leeds.
