Description

  • Involved in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify, track and report on key financial and non-financial performance indicators.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather input and buy-in for financial plans.
  • Maintain robust financial models to support the planning and forecasting process.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Support and coach junior accountants in the team

Profile

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis activities
  • Background within the financial services industry (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
