Description
- Involved in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify, track and report on key financial and non-financial performance indicators.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather input and buy-in for financial plans.
- Maintain robust financial models to support the planning and forecasting process.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support and coach junior accountants in the team
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis activities
- Background within the financial services industry (desirable)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
