FP&A Manager

Gifford and Partners are exclusively engaged to appoint a key role of FP&A Manager. This is a pivitol role that will shape the financial and commercial direction of the business. Managing a small team, you will provide insightful financial analysis, drive strategic decision-making, and enhance business performance through robust financial planning and reporting.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic objectives.

• Provide commercial insights and financial modelling to aid decision-making at senior levels.

• Develop and improve reporting frameworks to enhance business visibility and performance.

• Business partner with key stakeholders across the organisation, influencing strategy and operational efficiency.

• Support M&A activity, including due diligence, integration planning, and financial analysis.

• Manage and develop a small FP&A team, fostering a high-performance culture.

To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with strong post-qualified experience ideally gained in the area of FP&A, but certainly in a Commercial Finance capacity. Operating in a fast growth and change hungry business, you will be:
