About the Role:A leading restructuring and insolvency firm is seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager to join their Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take the next step in their career, managing a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases while leading a team of insolvency specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a range of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance and technical expertise.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, liaising with creditors, directors, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and review statutory reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the firm's insolvency practice.

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally CPI or JIEB qualified.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate insolvency, with a proven track record of managing cases and supervising more junior team members.
  • Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
