Interim Senior Finance Business Partner Location: Leeds12 Month FTC - January StartSalary: £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits + Agile Working Elevation Senior Finance is currently looking to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner on behalf of an Innovative organisation based in Leeds. Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner:
- Manage the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycle, providing data-driven insights into trends and variances to enhance financial performance.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations to inform strategic choices and drive business success.
- Oversee revenue tracking and profitability metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sustained margin growth.
- Analyse costs, monitor budgets, and propose strategies for achieving greater efficiency and cost savings.
- Revamp financial processes and tools to deliver more accurate, timely, and streamlined reporting.
- Foster collaboration with Head of departments and teams to align financial initiatives with strategic business priorities.
Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with Commercially Focused or Finance Business Partner candidates with the following skills and experiences:
- Experience of leading and mentoring high performing Finance teams
- CIMA, ACCA OR ACA Qualified
- Experience of contract management
- A strong sense of commercial acumen
- Diligent attention to detail
- A proven track record of communicating and challenging senior leaders
- Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reporting/presentations on time
- Extensive knowledge of profit and loss accounting and the accounting treatments for financial transactions
