We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager/Surveyor to join our team. This role involves responding swiftly to enquiries from insurers, brokers, and clients, conducting site security risk assessments, and providing recommendations and quotations. The key function of this role is to develop and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients..

Job Opportunity

Account Management:

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Working with a Key Insurer:

Collaborate closely with the key insurer to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues promptly.

Site Security and Risk Management Surveys:

Conduct comprehensive site security and risk management surveys for vacant properties.

Provide detailed recommendations and quotations based on survey findings.

Business Development:

Source, manage, and develop profitable new business opportunities across the Northern region.

Identify and target potential clients within the Commercial, Insurance, and Security sectors.

Client Communication:

Communicate effectively with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain regular contact with clients to build relationships.

Networking:

Engage in effective networking activities to identify and connect with potential customers.

Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's services.

Quotation and Paperwork:

Ensure the timely and accurate completion of quotations and other necessary paperwork.

Maintain organised records of all client interactions and transactions.

Site Reviews:

Revisit live sites to review and assess the effectiveness of implemented security measures.

Provide follow-up recommendations to enhance site security.

Sales Database Management:

Create and maintain an effective company sales database to track client interactions and sales activities.

Utilise the database to generate insights and inform business strategies.

KPI Reporting:

Prepare and present weekly and monthly KPI reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Use KPI data to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Essential Skills
  • Have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in account management and surveying sites in the Commercial/Security/Vacant Property Sector is preferred.
  • Have strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Have a flexible approach to travel throughout the Northern region.
  • Must hold Full UK Driving Licence
