Your Remit:
As an Operations Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in shaping the financial future of the business. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll lead on financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment management, and governance, ensuring that financial insights translate into meaningful business outcomes.
Your focus will be on value creation – identifying opportunities for growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the business remains financially agile in a rapidly evolving marketplace. With a seat at the table in senior leadership discussions, your insights and recommendations will directly impact strategic decision-making.
What We Need:
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical expertise and at least ten years of experience in finance operations, including a minimum of five years in a senior role. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau, is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels. A proactive and commercially focused mindset, always seeking opportunities to add value, will be key to success in this role.
