In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts, delivering a comprehensive range of tax services tailored to their unique needs. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, while also playing a key part in the growth and success of the team through mentorship and support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored tax advice and planning.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and progression.
• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the firm.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and compliance of client tax returns and other deliverables.

Requirements:

• ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in private client tax.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax and trusts.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development and mentoring.
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
