This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, while also playing a key part in the growth and success of the team through mentorship and support.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored tax advice and planning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and progression.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the firm.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and compliance of client tax returns and other deliverables.
Requirements:
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in private client tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax and trusts.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development and mentoring.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
