Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team and provide strategic financial support to their sales and commercial team who are based in in the Greater Leeds area. This role is crucial in unlocking the true value of data, providing the business with a clearer view of performance and driving growth every step of the way. From scenario modelling to crafting business cases that shape key decisions, you'll also provide valuable advice and recommendations to senior management. Your influence will be felt throughout the organisation, helping them make a lasting impact in the industry.
This role requires the right individual to be in the office once per week, with the remainder to be spent from home.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's business. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, supporting customer tenders through scenario modelling and building credible business cases. Your ability to collaborate effectively with sales and commercial teams will be key in building long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and forecasts. You will review and challenge performance with key stakeholders, driving the delivery of targets. Your expertise in utilising management information tools will help you understand the profit drivers of the business and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
- Support customer tenders by providing scenario modelling and building credible business cases

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience in finance business partnering within the B2B space. You hold an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) and have a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to influence key decisions. Your strong analytical skills are complemented by your expertise in complex financial modelling and handling large datasets. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, along with presentation skills and commercial acumen.
