The Role

• Manage operational resources to exceed Service Level Agreements and client expectations

Required knowledge and experience:

• At least 5 years' relevant experience within General Insurance/Retail Broking Sector

• Strong strategic focus and understanding of wider market issues
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in analysing management information and developing effective strategies
