This is a role within their commercial SME team, dealing primarily with clients with annual premiums spends up to £10k. In this role you will be the focal point for all SME clients, providing support to existing clients, making amendments and adjustments to existing policies, marketing and negotiating renewals and have some involvement in new business (providing quotations for incoming enquires).
This is a busy team, ideally suited to somebody who enjoys speaking to lots of different clients and insurers on a daily basis. You will need to well organised, able to spin lots of plates and be comfortable using Acturis system. Although the role is desk based, there may be opportunities to visit local clients, and for those of you wanting to develop your career, this could be an excellent route towards a more senior role with the business.
Ideal applicants will have previous SME commercial insurance broking experience; prefer 2 + years relevant experience. Previous use of Acturis would be beneficial, support towards CII studies will be fully supported.
