Our client is a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers with 3 offices throughout the UK.
Due to an increase in their current work load and size of team they are looking for an experienced Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join their current team.
The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base.
Role/Responsibilities
• Contract administration
• Technical Due Diligence
• Dilapidations
• Building Pathology
• General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
• Some of the role will involve some Principal Designer work so previous experience within this is desirable.
Skills/Experience
• Degree in Building Surveying
• Excellent and accurate report writing skills
• Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
• Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
