BREEAM Assessor

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established multidisciplined consultancy who specialise in their building compliance and energy assessment services. They are on the lookout for a BREEAM Assessor to hit the ground running for their sustainability team in their offices in Leeds.

Role responsibilities for a BREEAM Assessor include:

Deliver BREEAM Assessments from early design stages of projects through to project certification
Help contribute to the delivery of BREEAM projects and ensure they comply with UK building legislations and standards
Work alongside architects, engineers, and members of the design team to ensure the environmental impacts of projects are minimised
Produce technical reports and relevant sustainability strategies and statements
Take the lead on current projects as well as securing new projects for the company

The ideal BREEAM Assessor will have:

A BREEAM Assessor qualification such as BREEAM New Construction
Experience in a relevant consultancy or assessor role within the construction industry
Experience delivering BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit out schemes and BREEAM assessments from project inception to completion
A relevant degree within a sustainability or engineering field would be beneficial
Excellent communication and presentation skills
