BREEAM Assessor

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established multidisciplined consultancy who specialise in their building compliance and energy assessment services. They are on the lookout for a BREEAM Assessor to hit the ground running for their sustainability team in their offices in Leeds.
Role responsibilities for a BREEAM Assessor include:
- Deliver BREEAM Assessments from early design stages of projects through to project certification
- Help contribute to the delivery of BREEAM projects and ensure they comply with UK building legislations and standards
- Work alongside architects, engineers, and members of the design team to ensure the environmental impacts of projects are minimised
- Produce technical reports and relevant sustainability strategies and statements
- Take the lead on current projects as well as securing new projects for the company
The ideal BREEAM Assessor will have:
- A BREEAM Assessor qualification such as BREEAM New Construction
- Experience in a relevant consultancy or assessor role within the construction industry
- Experience delivering BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit out schemes and BREEAM assessments from project inception to completion
- A relevant degree within a sustainability or engineering field would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
