My client is an internationally recognised legal practice, and they have an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join their Leeds office and become part of a growing Clinical Risk team specialising in defendant clinical negligence work.
This role is open to all levels of PQE experience, but candidates must be qualified solicitors as the position is not suitable for anyone below qualification level. Candidates should also have experience of handling clinical negligence cases, but my client might also be prepared to consider candidates with experience in personal injury, civil litigation or insurance law if said candidate has a particular interest and enthusiasm for clinical negligence work. Although, therefore, this is not necessarily a role targeted at retraining applicants, this is certainly a role to consider if you are within the civil litigation realm and looking to apply your skills in a more bespoke area.
My client acts for some of the largest healthcare bodies in the United Kingdom and is consistently recognised as an expert within the field of clinical negligence. Candidates can expect to be directly involved with casework and there will also be opportunities for conducting face-to-face negotiations and being a primary source of information for clients on a daily basis.
Hybrid working is available for this role with 3 days working in my client's central Leeds office, with the remainder being remote. Salary for this role will be subject to the relevant experience candidates have when applying for the role. For further information about this opportunity please contact Samuel Higgins at Hays Legal ( / ).
