The Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a thriving and well-established team handling a varied and high-value caseload. The role offers hybrid working, allowing flexibility while being part of a dynamic and growing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, taking instructions and providing clear legal advice.
- Manage own caseload while supporting Partners and senior team members on high-value cases.
- Review cases and legal matters with a supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal advice.
Requirements
- 0-5 years' PQE with a background in Clinical Negligence
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
