Conduct & Customer Outcomes Manager

Salary up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

Location - Leeds (hybrid working model)

Finitas are excited to be working in collaboration with a leading insurance group in their search for an experienced Conduct & Customer Outcomes Manager.

The role involves ensuring good customer outcomes across multiple channels. Responsibilities include defining MI reporting, supporting the first line on conduct and regulatory matters, and ensuring adherence to internal policies.

The role also supports product governance, reviews business proposals for compliance and customer impact, and leads regulatory change initiatives. Additionally, the position involves managing reporting for key committees, responding to queries, collaborating with teams to drive high standards, and ensuring the delivery of required actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in first line conduct and compliance
  • Experience within either an insurance carrier, MGA or a broker business
