This role presents a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership position, managing a diverse caseload while driving excellence within the department.Role Overview: This position is ideal for a Conveyancer with extensive experience in residential and new build property transactions. The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload, provide guidance and mentorship to the team, and support the Head of New Build Conveyancing in achieving departmental goals.Areas of Work:
  • Case Management: Handling a variety of new build conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring high standards of client service.
  • Leadership: Assisting the Head of New Build Conveyancing in leading the team, offering support and mentorship to junior conveyancers and support staff.
  • Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations and client due diligence.
  • Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Desired Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with a focus on new build property transactions.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse and busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing a team.
