- Case Management: Handling a variety of new build conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring high standards of client service.
- Leadership: Assisting the Head of New Build Conveyancing in leading the team, offering support and mentorship to junior conveyancers and support staff.
- Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Compliance: Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations and client due diligence.
- Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with a focus on new build property transactions.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse and busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Experience in a deputy or managerial role within a conveyancing department is desirable but not essential.
