Working Pattern Full Time - Permenant ( Monday - Friday)

Main duties:
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to property management, including setting up and managing utility, council tax, and other accounts online
  • Oversee the Repairs Tracker to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Manage budget and expenses trackers to support financial accountability.
  • Issue and collate invoices and payment requests accurately and on time.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Compliance and other members of the Senior Management Team.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by the Office Manager and Service Manager.
  • Coordinate with contractors for property-related work
  • Update and maintain the database with property and Service User records.

Key Skills:
  • Experience In a customer facing role demonstrating empathy and professionalism
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Understanding of issues relating to confidentiality, safeguarding, health and safety and compliance
