We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work in our toddler room at our clients lovely nursery in Horsforth. As a Level 3 practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for the children, ensuring that their individual needs are met while encouraging them to explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate exciting, age-appropriate activities for toddlers that promote their development across all areas.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring that their developmental milestones are met.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children in your care.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on children's progress.
  • Support the nursery team in maintaining a well-organised and engaging setting.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all children.
About You:
  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Passionate about working with young children and helping them to reach their full potential.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
  • Enthusiastic, caring, and motivated to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting, preferably with toddlers.
