Job Overview
This company are actively seeking a Bid Assistant to support all aspects of client information requests. The role involves responding to requests for information, client questionnaires and bid documents, we don't need specific sector experience at all so this role would suit someone with strong documentation experience from any industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client requirements and ensure accurate submissions using standard templates.
  • Identify risks and exceptions using established processes.
  • Maintain documents and client request response templates.
  • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities (where applicable).
  • Provide support to wider team, as and when necessary.

Core Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with users at all levels, including non-technical language.
  • Experience of reviewing different documents, including Contracts, RFI's, Policies, Handbooks and Questionnaires.
