An amazing opportunity for a Junior PA to work on a fixed term basis as part of a friendly and highly supportive team in a forward-thinking international law firm. This role provides opportunities for developing a wide range of skills to pursue a defined career path. This role will be supporting the Finance team.
Daily Duties
- Dairy management, booking travel, organising meetings and events
- Client care and lasing with clients via email and telephone
- Producing letters, legal documents, emails
- General administration inc. filing, scanning, photocopying.
Required Skills
- Proficient use of IT
- Confident user of MS Office.
