• Provide exceptional care and support to children aged 0-5, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and educational activities that promote children's development in line with EYFS standards.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.
• Be a key person for a group of children, offering comfort and reassurance while documenting their progress.

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (essential).
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and caring attitude, with the ability to engage children in creative and educational activities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues and parents.
