Our Client is currently looking for a PPM Coordinator to join their small and highly valued team.

You will be part of a strong team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high level of service is delivered. You will be given support, training and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.

PPM Coordinator (Industrial Doors) Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling urgent assistance requests or providing updates on information.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing quotations for all PPM contracts works at customer sites across the North Central region.
  • Liaise with suppliers to secure component availability, delivery dates, and pricing in order to generate quotations.
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and ensure all necessary details are accurately documented.
  • Submit quotations to clients, confirm receipt, address any queries, and agree with the client to forward purchase order

PPM Coordinator (Industrial Doors) Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively to demanding deadlines.
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude with a solution-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Must be within a commutable distance to the office, attending in-person 5 days a week.
