Title: QC Tech Transfer Scientist

Location: Leeds

Employment Type: 12 month FTC

We are currently working with a global leader in medicinal manufacturing who are looking for a QC Tech Transfer Scientist to join the Tech Transfer team. As the QC Tech Transfer Scientist, you will be responsible for successfully ensuring the Quality and Compliance of raw materials and products by performing analytical testing on samples relative to the release of company materials and product, according to cGMP requirements.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
  • Performing analytical testing of finished products using validated methods at a high RFT.
  • Performing analytical testing and Micro/PET to USP, EP, BP monographs at a high RFT
  • Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.

Experience required:

  • A degree in a relevant scientific subject with a basic understanding of cGMP.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
