We are recruiting for a leading provider of innovative healthcare technology based in Leeds. They are looking for a Temporary Recruitment Resourcer to work remotely, going into the office 1 or 2 days a month.
The hours are Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with Recruitment Business Partners and at times Hiring Managers to ensure you are proactively and reactively sourcing and selecting individuals with the right skills and behaviours for roles.
Working across multiple Recruitment Business Partners, across multiple roles, you will be comfortable in managing conflicting priorities and competing demands.
Duties:
- Proactively and reactively identify, source, attract and shortlist candidates in-line with the requirements of the roles. This includes;
- Manage and update the ATS with notes and templates, ensuring data is correct and system up to date
- Engage with Recruitment Business Partners to provide weekly updates on progress of roles, incl any market insight/trends
- Use all methods available to source and attract including social media platforms
- Build trusted relationships with peers, wider HR teams, hiring managers and candidates
- Assist in writing, posting and updating job adverts
- Review any expired job postings, working with RBPs to determine what roles need to be re-advertised
- Ownership of postings, generating ideas on new and innovative ways of making this work
- Will own weekly recruitment reporting and distributing to relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for managing the recruitment/talent inbox, escalating queries where needed
- During peaks in activity, support with project pipelining and talent pooling for specific campaigns
- Manage talent pools in the ATS and defining engagement approach to candidates- external and internal
- Where required, engage and manage PSL for specific vacancies
- Be the first point of contact for general recruitment queries
- At times manage roles through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Responsible for managing ATS around any tickets need raising and following up on with supplier
- Be part of and contribute to team meetings and have a focus on continuous improvement, driving efficiencies within our policy, process and procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate experience within a recruitment environment, sourcing and selecting talent using a wide range of methods including, but not limited too; Job Boards, social media, Headhunting, Advertising, etc
- Be organised and manage your time effectively, to ensure desired outcomes
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively within a team
- Quality driven with great attention to detail
- Keen to continue to learn and develop, keeping on top of recruitment and market trends
- Experience of working with ATS systems and keeping this up to date at every stage of the process
- Experience of sourcing for talent across a wide range of disciplines would be beneficial
£30 - 34k depending on experience
