An excellent opportunity has arisen to join my clients market leading Residential Development Team as they continue to win repeat and new business from its impressive client base of recognised national and regional housebuilders.

As a plot conveyancer in my clients Leeds based team you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking responsibility for your own plot sales matters with the assistance of a case management system. This is very much a client facing and account management role where you can expect full encouragement and support in developing and maintaining those relationships.

This role will be ideal for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner or Conveyancer and offers real progression with a supportive working environment for the chosen candidate to flourish.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of Conveyancing Fee Earning experience • Plot sales experience is desirable but not essential• The ideal candidate will be a qualified Conveyancer however my client will consider those qualified by experience.• Comprehensive experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing.• Experience of CQS compliance.

Job Purpose

• To undertake and supervise fee-earning work in residential conveyancing.• Ensure the successful development of the Department in line with the Firm’s strategy.• Conduct of matters on behalf of clients.• Supervision of fee-earning work (including acting as Team Leader for the purposes of CQS compliance).• Management of all fee-earning and support staff within the department.• Financial control with particular regard to cash flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.• Undertake regular reviews of business development.• Promoting the firm and organisation of marketing activity undertaken by the firm.• Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures for all matters within their control
