They support more than 5,700 active clients, ranging from FTSE 100 companies to private individuals, in the UK and beyond.They are looking for a Residential Conveyancer with experience in new build to join their hugely successful plot sales team.The RoleThis is an exciting time to join their market leading Residential Development Unit as the team continues to win repeat and new work from its impressive client base of recognised national and regional housebuilders.As a plot conveyancer in their fantastic Leeds based team you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking responsibility for your own plot sales matters with the assistance of a case management system. This is very much a client facing role where you can expect full encouragement and support in developing and maintaining those relationships.Key Skills & ExperiencePersonality fit is absolutely key in this role and the successful candidate will be a personable, enthusiastic and confident individual with excellent client management skills. A proven track record in residential conveyancing with new build experience is critical.This client aims to create an exciting and rewarding place to work that aims to fulfil everyone's potential and together to achieve personal and business goals.
