Join our client, a well-established construction company based in East Leeds, as a Permanent Sales Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives working in a fast paced customer focused position. 

Our client a growing organisation is seeking dedicated Sales Administrators to support with timely processing of Sales orders, whilst dealing with customer queries over the phone and email.

Duties and experience will include:

  • Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships throughout the order and delivery process
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Organise collections returns or replacements if required
  • Ensure timely management of the email order inbox
  • Previous experience is a similar role or merchants position would be desirable but not a must
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent time management skills
